The visit was undoubtedly a success, but PM Modi faced some protests on the trip, and most remarkably from the activist group ‘Alliance for Justice and Accountability’ (AJA) over his accountability for the Gujarat riots that took place in 2002.

Also, last week, the group launched the website, ‘Zuck, Wash Your Hands’, and sent 250 bottled of sanitisers to Facebook’s CEO to “help remove bloodstains left behind from shaking hands with Narendra Modi”.
