India wants to discuss all issues with Pakistan but in an atmosphere free of terror and violence, said Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson Vikas Swarup.

Swarup made the statement while briefing media on Home Minister Rajnath Singh’s upcoming visit to Islamabad and second round of the meeting between Pakistan Rangers and India Border Security Force (BSF).

Swarup said “We want to discuss all issues with Pakistan in a atmosphere free of terror and violence.”

On Pakistani terrorist caught in Kupwara, Swarup said “We are waiting for a full report from security agencies before deciding our next move.”

On BSF-Pak Ranger’s meet, Swarup said ” Meeting between Pak rangers and India’s BSF was a regular meeting, consensus was reached.”

The second round of the meeting between Pakistan Rangers and India Border Security Force (BSF) was held on Thursday, to discuss matters related to confrontation between the two sides.
