In a scary incident, an Uber driver slept while driving a passenger from Delhi to Gurugram. As the cabbie dozed off, the passenger was left with no other choice than to drive himself home.
Ishaan Gill, who works as a financial analyst with a multinational company, booked a cab through the app at Defence Colony in Delhi on May 15 at 12:36am for his home.
After several attempts, he finally was able to get the cab. When the taxi arrived, the cabbie was already in a drowsy state.
Gill wrote a Facebook post where he narrated, “The cab reached an hour late and the driver Ajay seemed dizzy. I asked him if he was OK and he nodded in positive. At Aurobindo Marg, I stopped texting and looked ahead on the road. To my amazement, the driver was about to hit a divider. As I looked towards him, he had completely dozed off.”

Seeing him in a sleepy state, Ishaan showed his driving licence and asked him to drive on his own. Driver then agreed and shifted to the passenger seat to sleep.
