Vodafone India has announced a special offer that gives users 100MB of free data on Diwali (November 11).
To avail of the offer, subscribers need to SMS ‘Diwali’ to 199.
Vodafone Managing Director and CEO Sunil Sood said, “This way their way of gratifying valued 188 million customers for their love and trust in the brand and our service experience”.
Sood further said, “At Vodafone, we are driven with the singular objective of delivering a superior experience to our customers. Data is increasingly driving usage pattern, more so during important festivals like Diwali. Vodafone India in late October announced it will launch its 4G services in Kolkata by the end of 2015. Earlier in October, Vodafone said it will launch 4G services in the Delhi-NCR region by December. The company had earlier announced December as the 4G services launch period for its Mumbai and Kerala circles as well.
