Uttarakhand HC Stays Arrest Of CM Harish Rawat In Sting CD Case | NWI

The Uttarakhand High Court on Tuesday stayed the arrest of Chief Minister Harish Rawat in the alleged sting CD case.

The court has set the next date of hearing for June 20.

Earlier, the Central Bureau of Investigation questioned the Uttarakhand CM on May 24. He was questioned by the agency for 5 hours, wherein he denied any wrong doing in the case.

The central probe agency will now question him on June 7.
