Upasana Singh aka the popular ‘Bua’ of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ was the only actor who stayed back with the channel. She happily chose ‘Comedy Nights Live’, but now the actress has confirmed to an online portal that she is not happy with the way her character is shaping up.
According to Tellychakkar, Singh was also asked to sign a contract which included that she cannot join Kapil Sharma’s show after her exit from Comedy Nights Live.
In an interview with India Today, Upasana said about quiting Comedy Nights Live. She said there is nothing comedy in the show, infact work atmosphere was highly unprofessional and I regret working with them.
On asking about issues with production house, she said that she didn’t get her contract for first four months and when it came, there were clauses which weren’t acceptable. There was a clause which said that they could terminate her services on the show in 24 hours and also one where it was stated that she cann’t join any other comedy show.
She claimed that there is no complaints against the actors, but production house.
