Condom’s till now helped you have safe sex and avoid pregnancy, but now three young students from the Isaac Newton Academy, Essex, England, have invented new color changing condoms that will help detect if the wearer has any sexually transmitted disease.
The three students who invented the new condoms are all teenagers, Daanyaal Ali, 14, Muaz Nawaz, 13, and Chirag Shah, 14, all students at the Isaac Newton Academy.

The teen’s named the condom’s “S.T.EYE.” and submitted it to the Teen-tech Awards, where they took out first place in the health innovation category. And now they will travel to Buckingham Palace to meet Prince Andrew later this year and they get about $1,500 in prize money.
The competition which is for children ageing between 11 to 16, focuses on kids creating “technology to make life better, simpler or easier”.
The teens said they wanted to create something that will allow people to monitor their health in private, and they claimed they wanted people to have a “peace of mind”.

“We’ve made sure we’re able to give peace of mind to users and make sure people can be even more responsible than ever before,” said 14-year-old Ali.
The trio said the new condoms will help make people more responsible when it comes to taking precautions against STD’s.

The condom glows green for chlamydia, yellow for herpes, purple for human papillomavirus, and blue for syphilis.
While the condoms might make an otherwise romantic night turn into an embarrassing one, but they will still help you get stay safe from STD’s.
