Sikh preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale had a narrow escape from death when his convoy was attacked by a group of unidentified armed assailants in Punjab’s Ludhiana district on Tuesday evening.
The preacher is safe, however, one of his followers- Bhupinder Singh died in the attack.
Dhadrianwale and his aides were heading to Isewal village when their cars were attacked.
The Cavalacde slowed down at a ‘chabeel’ at around 8 PM when a group of 15 armed assailants opened fire at their convoy.
According to reports, the assailants fired 50-60 shots before feeling.
