The latest buzz is that the ‘Student of the Year’ debutants Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra have been roped in for the remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1989 blockbuster ‘Ram Lakhan’.
According to reports Sid will essay the role of Ram in the remake, which was originally played by Jackie Shroff and Varun will play Lakhan, which was played by Anil Kapoor.
However, there has been no official announcement about the cast of the film as both the actors are busy working on their forthcoming projects. Directed by Rohit Shetty, ‘Ram Lakhan’ remake will be co-produced by Karan Johar and Rohit.

Meanwhile, it would be interesting to see who will reprise the roles of Madhuri Dixit and Dimple Kapadia.
