But the turning point came with the breather which Salman secured hours within the judgement, Salman got an interim bail for two days by High court.

Harish Salve is a former Solicitor General of India. He was offered a second term for the same post in 2002 but Salve declined due to some “personal reasons”.
This 54-year-old advocate has represented the most high-profile cases in India. Cases of Lalit Modi, Mulayam Singh and Prakash Singh Badal figure among them.
The fee of this swanky lawyer shot up after he won the case of Mukesh Ambani against his brother Anil Ambani in their gas dispute. Anil Ambani was represented by Ram Jethmalani.

Currently Harish Salve charges a sum of rupees 30 lakhs per day. In Mukesh Ambani’s case he charged a whopping sum of rupees 15 crore.

In addition to this, Salve, is supposed to be provided overnight stays in five-star suites and first class air tickets. A dinner for him and his team can cost around 2 lakhs to his clients.
Possessing a holiday home at Goa he drives a Bentley. Surely the freedom for Salman has come with a price.
