Salman Khan outside Srinagar Airport
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is currently working on two of his upcoming flicks, arrived in Srinagar on Saturday amid violent protests over arrest of separatist leader Masarat Alam.
Even as Kashmir is simmering with violent protests, the ‘Dabangg’ star reached Srinagar for the shooting of his upcoming flick ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. He will be shooting some action sequences for the film.
In his almost 27-year-old career, this is Salman’s first visit to the Valley. Reports claim that Salman has been offered heavy security including personal security guards.
‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is a romantic action drama featuring Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. In 2014, director Kabir Khan had to postpone the scheduled date of shooting in the Valley due to September-floods.
