According to reports, producer Karan Johar has spent approx. Rs.1.5 crore on actor Rishi Kapoor’s makeup in Shakun Batra’s ‘Kapoor & Sons’.

Rishi, who will play the character of a 90-year-old in the film was a bit worried about the role and appearance, as he is already playing an old man in some other film.
So, to make him look different, Karan decided to bring in Hollywood’s well-known make-up artist Greg Cannom, who is also behind Brad Pitt’s old man look in ‘The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button’.
We hear that Rishi Kapoor is very happy with his look in the film and says that the transformation was so amazing that he was unable to recognize himself.

‘Kapoor & Sons’ also stars Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan in lead roles. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on March 18 next year.
