The Bombay High Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to the boyfriend of the deceased TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, Rahul Raj Singh.
The court had earlier extended the bail plea of Rahul Raj Singh till April 25.
Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court on Thursday opposed the transfer of Pratyusha Banerjee’s suicide case to Mumbai Police Crime Branch.
While asking the police to report progress of the probe, the HC set the next date of hearing to May 4.
