OnePlus 2, the latest flagship killer from the Chinese tech-giant OnePlus will be available without invite for second time across the world.
The company had already scrapped the invite-only sale system for its OnePlus One, the first smartphone launched in 2014. In a latest, OnePlus explained the reason behind the new decision to end the invite system.
“The invite system has been crucial to letting us scale our operations and has given our fans a unique way to share OnePlus with the people in their lives. But we are always trying to enhance the OnePlus experience for you and taking risks to push ourselves and show real improvements,” the blog says.
“That’s why we’re making the OnePlus 2 invite-free … forever!”
Apart from the costlier OnePlus 2, customers may also go for OnePlus X, the cheaper and one of the best smartphones available in the markets under Rs 20 thousands price band. The OnePlus X will be available for sale from December 5 to 7. The OnePlus X needs invite and will be available as a part of its second flash sale in India.
Celebrating the Christmas worldwide, OnePlus announced more deals on their mobiles and accessories.
“As a special holiday gift, a limited number of first orders will receive an exclusive Never Settle mousepad,” the blogpost said.
The Chinese company had already announced up to 90 per cent discount on accessories last week during its ‘Black Friday’ lead in the United States.
