After falling into the hands of human traffickers in Mexico at the age 12, Karla Jacinto now 23-year-old was raped 43,200 times in a span of four years.

While narrating her suffering to CNN, she claimed that around 30 men sexually assaulted her in a single day for 4 years. Adding to this, she recalled her childhood days and said that she was trafficked by a person when she was just 12 and the pimp lured her away with kind words.

Jacinto revealed that trafficker persuaded her to leave her home town and move to Tenancingo, one of the popular spots of human trafficking in Mexico. Also, she revealed that the pimp sent her to different cities, roadside motels, brothels and prostitution homes.

According to reports in CNN, Jacinto said, “I started at 10 am and finished at midnight. We were in Guadalajara for a week. Do the math. Twenty per day for a week. Some men would laugh at me because I was crying. I had to close my eyes so that that I wouldn’t see what they were doing to me, so that I wouldn’t feel anything.”

At the age of 15, Karla gave birth to her trafficker’s daughter and instead of celebrating the joyous occasion, he threatened to hurt or even kill the baby.

One day when a team of police raided a hotel known for prostitution, Jacinto thought they will save her. But to her surprise, they took the girls to several rooms and started shooting video of them in compromising positions and later threatened to send the videos to the girls’ families.

Karla was finally rescued at 16, and has spent the past several years healing from her ordeal.
