Karisma Kapoor and her estranged businessman-husband Sunjay Kapur came to an agreement on modalities for separation before Supreme Court on Friday.
In terms of access and visitation rights to children, the court announced the decision in Karisma’s favour.
The couple has two kids – Samaira and Kiaan – from their 13-year-old marriage.
According to reports, the two made a last ditch attempt to settle their matrimonial dispute amicably on Thursday night.
They agreed on all issues except access and visitation rights to children who will remain with Karisma.
The two tied the knot in 2003 and have been at loggerheads with each other for quite some time now.
