Apple distributors in India on Friday announced prices of its latest smartphones iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The prices are much higher than overseas markets and the lowest variant will cost around Rs 62,000 while the highest one could be bought in Rs 92,000, distributors said.
The much-awaited smartphone series will be available only after pre-registration on the partner websites of Apple. Paytm, Snapdeal and Brightstar have begun the registration process for the sale of the latest iPhone series.

However, in the US market, the iPhone 6s is listed on the cheapest prices starting fromUSD 649 (Rs 42,235).
The company is expecting boost in sale with the launch of the devices during the festive season in the country. With claimed as best-ever specifications and hardware, Apple is presenting its best smartphone as iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus
The latest smartphones will have a new 3D Touch feature apart from the upgraded camera and the larger screen.
