The twist in Indrani Mukerjea’s tale of deceit seems to be unending after another revelation by noted Journalist Vir Sanghvi came to the fore on Friday.

Sanghvi in an interview with India Today said that Indrani claimed to be molested by her step father and always used to introduce Sheena Bora as her step sister.
“She (Indrani) told us that she came from a prosperous family in Assam. She told us that her father left her and mother following which her mother married her father’s brother. Her step father molested her and her mother did little to protect her” Sanghi said to the New Delhi based News Channel.

Sanghi added that Indrani had told her that she left her step-father’s house after the incident and moved to Kolkata.
Sanghvi, who once partnered with Peter and Indrani Mukerjea to launch NewsX said that Indrani was very ‘obsessive’ woman who wanted to become media baron.
“Peter and Indrani’s relation was popularly known as Banti and Babli of media industry, who had their own scripts” he added.

Commenting on his relations with Peter and Indrani at INX Media, Sangvi said that he left the duo on very bitter note.
“I parted from the Mukerjeas on a very bitter term because I didn’t like what they did,” Sanghvi went on to say adding that “I felt something was amiss when Peter announced that Indrani will be the chairman of INX Media.”
