The boys even shot the video of the incident and posted it on social media.

After the video went viral, a case has been registered against three boys in Musheerabad police station by ‘People for Animal’ group.

Earlier last month a video went viral which shows a man from Chennai holding a small dog by its neck and back. What he does a second later is beyond imagination – he mercilessly flings it off the roof of a tall building, and disgusting act was filmed.

The two accused were arrested by Chennai police and the dog was brought to Madras Veterinary College in Vepery for medical treatment.

The entire act was videographed by his friend and soon the footage went viral in social media. Animal welfare activists on Tuesday filed a complaint with police who are on the lookout for the accused.

They were charged under Section 428 and 429 of the IPC, besides the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and later were granted bail.
