Indrani Mukerjea, founder of 9X Media Pvt Ltd and former Star TV CEO Peter Mukerjea’s wife, was arrested for alleged murder of her daughter Sheena Bora in 2012.

Indrani Mukerjea married Peter Mukerjea in 2002; it was the second marriage for both of them. They have a daughter, Vidhie Mukerjea, apart from other children from their previous marriage. She recently went on a trip with her husband and daughter, Vidhi, to Barcelona, Spain.

Indrani established 9X Media in 2007 with husband Peter and she became the CEO while her husband was the chairman of the group. She shared her Goa pictures on her official Facebook account.

They both quit INX Media in 2009, which was later sold to Indi Media. Her daughter, Vidhie, has posted this picture on her Facebook account as a gesture of love.

Indrani was an HR professional at Reliance group before marrying Peter. Similarly, Sheena Bora, her daughter, was an Assistant Manager (HR) in the same firm.

Indrani killed her daughter Sheena Bora for being in a relationship with Peter’s son with his first wife.

Indrani allegedly killed Sheena at the age of 24 in 2012 and said she had gone to New York while she herself moved to the UK for sometime.
