Election Commissioner will hear a plea by Independent candidate R K Anand demanding action against alleged irregularities in Haryana Rajya Sabha Polls on June 25.
However, Subash Chandra urged the Election Commissioner to grant him more time.
Earlier on Tuesday, Haryana Congress sought registration of an FIR over a complaint lodged by Anand against the BJP MLA Subash Chandra and others alleging a criminal conspiracy, which led to his defeat in the Rajya Sabha polls.

Congress leaders including party’s state chief Ashok Tanwar, CLP leader Kiran Chaudhary along with several party workers and Anand, had arrived at Sector-3 police station in Chandigarh to inquire about the status of the complaint filed last week.
They were informed that because of deployment of most of its police officials on VVIP duties, no action could be taken on the complaint.
