Former Haryana home minister Subhash Batra on Thursday opened up on the alleged irregularities in the recently held Haryana Rajya Sabha polls and termed it as a black spot on the Indian constitution.
While talking exclusively to News World India, Subhash Batra urged the Election Commission to take urgent necessary action against the offenders.
Watch the exclusive video here in which Batra shared his thought on this matter:
BJP-backed independent candidate and media baron Subhash Chandra was recently elected to the Rajya Sabha from Haryana, after 14 Congress votes were declared invalid.
The 14 votes which disqualified was on the ground that they were inked using the wrong pen. INLD and Independent candidate R K Anand said that it was BJP-RSS’s conspiracy.
