Three Gorkha Boys have been ruthlessly beaten by landlord and his sons in Gurgaon and reports say that Police is yet to register a case.
According to the reports, three boys hailing from Darjeeling, living on rented basis in Gurgaon were beaten to pulp by the landlord over minor altercation. The victims received serious injuries and have been shifted to All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi.
The incident occurred on Sunday night where the three men and the landlord’s son got into an argument over noise from the rented flat but post some apologies, the matter was settled.
Dev Kumar Subba, one of the victims said that later around 25 to 30 men carrying sticks barged into the rented flat and started beating the three mercilessly.
Taking serious note of the incident, Gorkha Janmukhti Morcha immediately swung into action to provide assistance to the victims.
Reports added that Darjeeling MP SS Ahluwalia and Linda Newmai of the BJP NE Cell contacted Gurgaon Police Commissioner S Navdeep Singh Virk and asked him to register the case and nab the culprits.
Meanwhile GJM has strongly condemned the incident and demanded immediate action against the accused landlord and his family.
The organization has also demanded stringent and punitive action against the erring police officers who who refused to register the case despite seeing that the three boys were on the verge of death.
Meanwhile Gurgaon Police have rushed a team to AIIMS to record the statements of the victims.
“We have sent a team to AIIMS to record the statements and once that is done, I can assure that accused will be arrested by evening” said CP Gurgaon S Navdeep Singh Virk.
