DTC Drivers Union Threatens Strike On Monday, 1 Accused Arrested By Police | News World India

A DTC bus driver was beaten to death in Delhi on Sunday in another shocking incident of road rage. According to reports, the driver Ashok was beaten by 3-4 people in Mundka area. According to the police, the driver had entered into an altercation with a group of men.

A fight ensued in which the driver was mercilessly beaten. He was admitted to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police have not been able to identify the assailants and are investigating the case. Police is trying to identify the culprits through the number of their motorcycle.

Last month a man was beaten to death at Turkman gate area in Delhi resulting in a public uproar.

Meanwhile, DTC bus drivers union protested against Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai.
DTC Union has threatened to go on strike on Monday against the stabbing of one of their colleagues by some bikers.

Police have arrested one accused person so far in this incident.
