Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad on Friday launched its Note 3 smartphone in Indian market at Rs 8,999. The smartphone will be available on Amazon India exclusively. But, buyers have to register them before participating in the flash sale that will begin on October 20 at 2pm.
The company launched same handset in July.
It will be India’s cheapest smartphone with fingerprint scanning feature. It will be a 360-degree finger rotation and recognise the sense in just 0.5 seconds.
The dual-SIM smartphone runs on an Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Like Cynogen and Xiaomi’s MIUI, the Coolpad smartphones carry Cool UI 6.0 interface.
The smartphone hosts a 5.5-inch HD screen that gives 720×1280 pixel resolution. With an IPS display, it will give up to 178 degrees viewing angle. Powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor cloaked at 1.3GHz and coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM, the device will have a built-in 16GB storage. Unlike iPhones, you can expand these smartphone using micro SD card.
The phone comes with a decent 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, HD Lens apart from a 5-megapixel front cam.
The 4G LTE will come with a CMOS image sensor that will give an excellent quality picture. The phone will carry a 3000mAh battery and will come in black and white colours. Apart from it, it also features gyroscope sensors for VR video compatibility.
Features like gravity, compass, proximity sensor will make it more special.
