Big B's Granddaughter Navya Naveli All Set To Make Her Debut In Parisian Ball | News World India

Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli is gearing up for Le Bal, the annual debutante ball in Paris. She is one of the 24 girls from celebrity families to attend the ball.

She will be dressed in a stunning haute couture gown and will wear sky-high heels and dance gracefully. Her hair and makeup will be done by a French artist.

In 2009, princess Adishree singh, from the royal family of Jammu and Kashmir made her debut. In 2011, Vijay Mallya’s daughter Leena Mallya and in2012, Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani had the honour to make their debut at the Parisian ball.

Navya, studying at London Oaks School, is one among the 24 women around the world who are invited to the ball which is to be held on November 28 in Paris.

Navya has got her mother’s height and the lustrous locks of a desi girl. Her mother, Shweta Nanda can also be seen paying close attention to her daughter’s beauty preparation. She is also the great-granddaughter of Raj Kapoor.

Each of the girls gets one top best fashion designer to provide a dress. Navya got Dior, and need to drop by to take the fittings of the dress.

Navya said she is taking dance classes so that her dance is perfect and will be going through the fittings so that her dresses are fine. And she will even practice walking on heels so that she doesn’t fall.

When asked whether her grandfather Amitabh Bachchan will make it on Navya’s big night, Shweta Nanda said, “He’s so busy. He’s doing so many things, but they are the apples of his eye, his grandchildren, so we hope he’ll be able to make it and to see her in this way. It’s a first for all of us and we’re all very excited.”
