Head of the Nirankari sect, baba Hardev Singh’s last rites began on Wednesday morning from Ground No.8 in New Delhi.

The funeral procession has lead to closure of several roads in the national capital and the Police is asking people to avoid the outer Ring Road.
His last journey can be viewed live on the website of Sant Nirankari Mission.

The spiritual leader was killed in a car accident in Montreal, Canada on May 13 and his body was brought to New Delhi on May 16.
The mortal remains of the Baba Hardev Singh were brought to Burari Road in Delhi on Monday, where they were kept for the devotees to pay their last respects.
