After Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, fire broke out in the forest division of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Sunday.

Fire has engulfed 2,270 hectares of forest area in Uttarakhand and nearly 50 hectares in Himachal Pradesh.
More than 10,000 personnel and three Indian Air Force choppers have been deployed to douse fire in the hill-state.
Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh reviewed the situation in the state during his meeting with the state’s Chief Secretary on Sunday.
The HM has ordered his ministry officials to provide all assisstance in controlling the fire.
