J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday questioned ‘Why Can’t India & Pakistan Become Friends’.
Talking to reporters after a high-level structured meeting to review progress on the implementation of central flagship programmes in the state, Mehbooba said “when Iran &America can become friends after so many years,why can’t India & Pakistan become friends?”
