Google CEO Sundar Pichai's Quora Account Hacked! | NWI

In yet another high-profile hack this month, Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s Quora account has been hacked by a group called OurMine.

The group had earlier claimed to hack the Twitter and Pinterest accounts of Facebook CEO
Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter account of Twitter co-founder Evan Williams and Spotify CEO Daniel Ek.

The hacker group has been posting messages out of Pichai’s Twitter account, which is
connected with his crowd-sourced answer site.

According to reports, the hackers were able to gain access to Pichai’s account by a
vulnerability on Quora’s platform. The company, however has not responded yet.

Though all traces of the hack have been removed from his Twitter and Quora account,
however a screenshot of the hack was shared by OurMine.

In light of the recent incident, we recommed that all Quora users should change their
passwords to avoid security violations.
