A 12th standard girl succumbed to her injuries on Tuesday morning after she was fatally injured during celebratory firing at a wedding procession in Delhi’s Mongolpuri area, reports ANI.
The girl named Anjali was critically injured last Saturday after she was shot at as she watched the wedding procession pass by. She was hit on the head by a stray bullet that was fired by one of the celebrating wedding revellers, revealed as she was rushed to the hospital.
Reportedly, the case has been registered against the cousin of the groom at the wedding.
