The couple is presently in London for vacations.
However, MissMalini.com reports that they are not there for vacation but to unwind and relax.
According to a report in MissMalini.com, originally attributed to Spotboye.com, Kareena is in the second trimester of her pregnancy.
There has been no confirmation on the news from either the couple or their family members so far.
