RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Monday clarified that Tej Pratap Yadav is his elder son and Tejaswi Yadav as younger against the documents filed by them during nomination.

Former Bihar Chief Minister’s statement came hours after it came to fore that the affidavit filed by his two sons, who are contesting in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, showed his eldest son Tej Pratap Yadav younger than his other son Tejaswi Yadav.
According to the leaked affidavits Lalu’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav shows his age as 25 while younger one Tejaswi Yadav mentions his age as 26.
Tej Pratap is contesting from Mahua area of Vaishali district and Tejaswi is contesting from the rural constituency of Raghopur.
The issue has already raised questions from opposition who demand proper enquiry over the row. Even BJP has demanded rejection of their nomination papers.
