JNU students’ union former president Kanhaiya Kumar once again fell into trouble over his objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A court in Bihar’s Kishanganj on Wednesday lodged a complaint against him.
The petitioner, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minorities’ cell state vice president Titu Badwal, alleged in his complaint that Kanhaiya has made, “incendiary” comments at the Anjuman Islamia Hall on Monday, March 4.
The case has been registered at the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in Bihar. Reports said that the matter would be taken up for hearing in due course.
According to media reports, the former student leader, who is all set to make his electoral debut from Begusarai Lok Sabha seat on a Communist Party of India (CPI) ticket, was addressing a public meeting organized by the party.

Kanhaiya Kumar first came in attention three years ago when he raised anti-India slogans inside the JNU campus and was arrested on the charges of sedition while he served as the president of Students Union of Jawaharlal Nehru University.
