Locals and leaders in several regions of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) held protests against terror camps which they have confirmed are thriving there.

Ever since the terror attacks in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan has been under the terrorism lens on the global level. Although Pakistan denies fostering any such terror camps, Indian Armed Forces had on September 28 conducted surgical strikes on seven such terror launch pads across the Line of control in PoK.

“If management doesn’t end Taliban’s terror camps and ‘no-go’ areas in Diamer, Gilgit, Baseen and others, then we’ll take action,” a local from Gilgit region said.

“Terrorism needs to be eliminated, giving shelter to terrorists won’t solve the issue,” reported another resident from Kotli region. “Banned organisations, terror camps are provided food and ration here, we condemn it,” said a local leader in Muzaffarabad. Watch the protest here:
