Hillary opened my eyes to a whole new world of public service, said Former US President Bill Clinton.
Bill Clinton made the statement while addressing the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
During the address, he made a case for democratic presidential nominee and his wife Hillary Clinton.
He called Hillary ‘darn changemaker’, Bill said ” She’s insatiably curious, she’s a natural leader, she’s a good organizer, and she’s the best darn change maker I’ve seen.
He went on sharing his heart and narrated ‘Bill-Hillary’ love story too.
Clinton said ” I married my best friend. I was still in awe of how smart, strong, loving and caring she was.”
“My experience has been, it’s a pretty good thing to follow her advice,” he added.”
The former President finally concluded his speech to the Democratic convention by pushing back against what he calls the Republicans’ ”cartoon” version of his wife.
He told the crowd in Philadelphia about Hillary Clinton’s role as a mother, a child advocate, an elected official and secretary of state.
Hillary Clinton on Wednesday made history by clinching the Democratic White House nomination, becoming the first woman to lead a major party in the US Presidential race.
