The Transformers are fiction no more. Letrons, a Turkish company, has built an actual Transformer! Hopefully, it’s not a Decepticon.

The Transformer metamorphoses from a BMW into a giant robot, that has been given the name ‘Antimon’. The robot was completed in an 8 month long project by a team of 12 Engineers and 4 other technicians.

The Antimon was built using an actual BMW car and once it has transformed, the robot is capable of speaking and moving its arms, head and fingers. While in car mode, the Antimon can be driven around using a remote control.

The best part? It is available for sale! Yes, you do have to state the reason for why you’d want a 10 foot robot lying around in your house. And, perhaps it’s going to cost around 1-2 bajillion dollars so, that’s that.

The company has four other similar futuristic projects namely, Bizmut, Argon, Wolfram and Tantal.

If you think we’re just messing around, see for yourselves:
