NASA Reestablishes Contact With Sun Probe Lost Two Years Ago

NASA will update a “discovery beyond our solar system.” The press conference that NASA is set to conduct today will “present new findings on planets that orbit stars other than our sun, known as exoplanets.”

“While we can’t share details yet, let’s just say it could very easily provide us with new settings for many future works of science fiction.”, CNET said.

Only a week ago, a team of astronomers discovered 60 new planets that orbit stars close to Earth’s solar system, including “super Earth.” They also later found evidence of 54 more planets.

One planet named Gliese 411b has grabbed the headlines. It has been described as “hot super Earth with a rocky surface,”. Gliese 411b is also known as GJ 411b or Lalande 21185 and it orbits the star Gliese 411 (or GJ 411).
