Tech giant Microsoft had launched a new mobile phone, the Nokia 216 Dual SIM on Tuesday for a nominal price of Rs 2,495.
The device is a low-end phone yet, it has a lot to offer from within its compact body. The device has a 2.4 inch TFT display screen with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution.
The 216 has dual cameras, both VGA, with the rear camera recording 240p videos at 15fps. Unlike the new iPhone 7, the phone does have an audio jack.
Available in Black, Gray, Mint colours, it offers an expandable memory of upto 32 GB and an internal RAM of 16 MB.
The device has a 1020 mAh Li-Ion battery with a 576 hr standby time (456 hr for dual sim) and a talk time of upto 18 hours.
The phone also includes other features like, LED flash, FM Radio, MP3, video player, flashlight and Bluetooth audio support for headsets.
“The devices can store up to 2,000 contacts with a memory card support of up to 32GB. Users can also download apps and games through the Opera Mobile Store,” the company said in a statement.
Nokia 216 Dual SIM will be available in India from October 24 in black, grey and blue.
