SGManchester City’s Sergio Aguero will miss the Premier League match against Manchester United on 10 September after the striker was given a three-match ban for violent conduct on Friday.

A Football Association panel found the Argentina player guilty of violent conduct after he elbowed West Ham’s Winston Reid in City’s 3-1 Premier League win on Sunday.

Referee Andre Marriner had missed the incident and City denied the charge, but the FA found Aguero guilty and his suspension will start on September 10.
