Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are expected to face an uphill task when they take on below par defending champions Mumbai Indians in an Indian Premier League (IPL) tie at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium here on Monday.

Mumbai Indians ended the first inning by posting 142/6 in 20 overs, credit goes to Ambati Rayudu and Krunal Pandya’s 63-run stand.

After being put into bat, MI lost wickets at regular intervals but Ambati Rayudu’s 54 and Krunal Pandya’s unbeaten 49 helped them post a good total.

From Sunrisers, Barinder Sran shone like a star by taking three wickets.

The toss was won by Sunrisers Hyderabad, who then chose to bowl.

Mumbai made one change to their team with all-rounder Kieron Pollard being replaced by batsman Martin Guptill.

Bipul Sharma replaced leg-spinner Karn Sharma for Hyderabad.
