New Zealand finished their first innings against India with 285 runs in 49.4 overs, setting a target of 286 runs for Indian team in the third One-Day International (ODI) at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Stadium in Mohali.
Tom Latham and James Neesham both managed to scored half century with 61 runs in 72 balls and 57 runs 47 balls respectively in the first innings.
Whereas, Umesh Yadav and Kedar Jhadav of Indian Cricket team performed very well and took three wickets each against New Zealand.
Earlier, Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and chose to bowl against New Zealand.
India named the same team that played the second ODI match. Whereas, New Zealand have made one change. James Neesham was included in place of Anton Devcich.
Martin Guptil and Tom Latham made the appeared as the opening batsman from New Zealand. While Umesh Yadav got the chance to bowl for first over.
