The Duchess of Cambridge on Monday revealed her fitness secret at a garden party, which was organised to celebrate the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II.
When one party attendee, Bulbul Dhar-James, a professor asked Duchess ‘How do you lose all the weight after having two kids?’
The duchess replied ‘I am running after my kids!’
When Kate Middleton became Duchess , everyone was quick to compare her with her late mother-in-law and till now she has lived up to the reputation.
Reports suggest that Kate just loves to go outdoors (when at home) for her cardio instead of conveniently going to a gym.
