Since the Winter Session began on November 16, the Parliament has faced repeated adjournment motions, with the demand that Prime Minister Narendra Modi come personally to attend Parliament rather than sending Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his stead. Opposition parties is only demanding that PM should come and address the Parliament, why isn't he coming?" added Congress VP Rahul Gandhi.
