Abandoned Pakistani Boat Seized From Gurdaspur, High Alert Sounded

A high alert has been sounded and search operations are underway.

Earlier on Sunday, another Pakistani boat was seized off Gujarat coast. Nine sailors were detained by the authorities. The apprehended Pakistani boat was taken to Porbandar for further investigation.

Meanwhile, on Monday India’s Multi-Agency Centre (MAC) issued warning to several states including Gujarat and Maharashtra about suspicious movement of two boats coming from Pakistan’s Karachi to India.
