Register Case Under POSCO Act Against Mayawati, Demands Dayashankar's Wife Swati

In a latest development, Swati Singh, wife of expelled-BJP leader Dayashankar Singh, on Saturday demanded that a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO) should be registered against BSP chief Mayawati.


On Friday,  Swati alleged that she and her 12-year-old daughter are being abused and threatened by workers of Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).

Dayashankar Singh, who was a Vice President of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, was expelled for six years after he used offensive words for Mayawati.

On Thursday, BSP supporters held massive protests in Lucknow demanding Dayashankar’s arrest.
