Prime Minister Narendra Modi to meet all his ministers at 4 pm On Thursday to review their performances before a cabinet reshuffle that may see changes in key ministries.

According to reports, arrangements are being made at the Ashoka Hall for a ceremony on Thursday that will be followed by lunch for the attending dignitaries.

While Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to keep the key portfolios unchanged, the reshuffle may be done keeping in view the regional and caste balances for his council of ministers.

Reports further state that while Union Minister of State for Chemical and Fertilizers, Nihal Chand could be dropped, MoS for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Sanjeev Balyan could be elevated to a minister with independent charge.

Also, Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptulla could be dropped from the government.
