Uproar In RS As Opposition Demands PM’s Presence

Winter Session of Parliament enters Day 8 and it remains to be seen whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi will return to Rajya Sabha and speak on demonetisation as demanded by Opposition. Although, PM Modi did attend Rajya Sabha session on Day 7 he did not speak.

Protests continue in both Houses and other places across the country over the demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes as announced by PM Modi.
