To woo the lost Brahmin vote in UP, Congress Vice President, Rahul Gandhi on Saturday visited the historic Banke Bihari and Dwarkadeesh temples in Vrindavan. Rahul will also be participating in a prayer session on the banks of Yamuna in Vrindavan.
Rahul had arrived in the city on Friday night for his road show on Friday. He is also slated to address a public meeting at the local party office on holy gate and outside the Islamia Inter College.
On Friday, Rahul held a road show in Aligarh and addressed a rally at Iglas.
Exactly a year ago, Rahul had visited the Banke Bihari temple, upon his return from an eight-week sabbatical and had announced that he had “changed”.
