Uttarakhand Justice KM Joseph Transferred To Andhra Pradesh HC

Recently, a bench headed by Joseph quashed President’s Rule in Uttarakhand, where the Congress government Chief Minister Harish Rawat has been in the midst of severe factionalism.

Justice Bhosale was appointed as the Acting Chief Justice for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh last year in May.

A native of Kerala, Justice Joseph was enrolled as an advocate in 1982 in Delhi. Also, he has been a Permanent Member of Kerala High Court Advocates Association.
